            Conditions

            Minimum 5 nights stay in high season.
            Minimum 3 nights stay in mid and low seasons.
            Maximum 6 persons residing at any time.
            Regrettably no pets allowed.
            Rates are charged per night.
            Rates are VAT inclusive.
            50% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of reservation.
            Balance payable in full 3 weeks prior to arrival.
            Breakage fee equivalent to 1 night payable in advance and refunded within 7 days after departure.
            Cleaning service by arrangement for own account.
            Right of admission reserved.
